Why is it no matter WHERE I go in this (af)fair City, there's always someone talking to himself?
Coffee shop? Check.
Subway car? Yep.
Grocery stores? You betcha.
It's really weird. Why don't they have people like these in, oh, I don't know. South Cackalackee?
