you'll find in the opening lines of the theme to the Laverne and Shirley sitcom, "schlemiel, schlemozzel (sp?"

they're relevance to the rest of the theme song (or the show for that matter) remains a mystery to which few are privy (of which I'm not)

I LOOOOVE Yiddish words. I totally wish I were Jewish sometimes so people wouldn't look at me funny when I say, "Would you look at this farkakte filing cabinet!" or "Ugh, I ate so much I could plotz!" or "Oy, I had to schlep this dirty old box all the way down the hall and I got schmutz all over my shmata!"... I could go on for hours.
