Mormons
Mormonism is FASCINATING!
I'd write more on the subject, but I have to get back to my books. Suffice to say, I think Joseph Smith may have been onto something!
I mean, he totally made it up. Yeah. That's what I meant to say.
I agree! I'm totally absorbed with Mormonism at the moment. Just watched the great two part series called MORMONS (in big, bold letters) on PBS. Loved it. got a little bogged down here and there, but the section about the mission, for one, was fascinating! Don't know how I feel about finding the word of god written in Egyptian script on gold plates on a hill... but it's interesting as a truly American born religion.

It's a cult, Forky. Admittedly a large, rather wealthy cult with fancy "don't-they-look-Catholic" cathedrals, but a cult nonetheless.
A bit of religious advice: Never join a denomination based on the teachings/writings of one man...unless that man is Jesus Christ.
