After reading this [**potentially offensive adjective deleted**] article I got to thinking...
Why are Christians all trying to stop the end of the world from happening? I mean, let's think about this for a second. Do you know what will happen AFTER the end of the world? Everything'll be great! So what sense does it make to sound the alarms every time someone spots the number 666 somewhere? I say LET them make as many 666 micro spychips as they want!
You want to know what I think? I think the Antichrist is going to cook up some scheme that nobody will expect. Like coming from the Southern Baptist convention or something. I mean, that's what I'd do if I were the Antichrist. Just think, all these people have read the Left Behind books and they treat 'em like gospel. They're just waiting for those events to play out. So you've gotta be tricky and get 'em when and where they least expect it.
At least, that's what I'd do if I were the Antichrist.

All I know is, I wouldn't want one under my skin. Also, I never read any of those "Left Behind" books, but if I were the authors, I don't think I'd be sleeping very soundly at night, since Revelation says pretty straightforwardly that anyone who adds or subtracts one word from the prophecy of Revelation will be cursed with all the plagues and removed from the book of life. Yikes.

Haha, Forky you do have an original way of looking at things. One thing we have to look at, as all those who claim to know what the hell is going on write ridiculous books on the subject, is whether or not Revalation can be considered prophecy. As far as I've read it is considered a piece of apocolyptic literature. Prophecy can not be understood until after it has been fulfilled. The old Test. prophecies of Jesus weren't understood until 30 yrs or so after his death and resurection. If they had been understood the Pharisees would have comprehended everything instead of looking like idiots. So to the those who claim Revalation is prophecy i would like to know when and how the traveled to the future. That way i can find out who wins the superbowl in a few weeks and bet big.
Wait...If forky isn't the Anti-christ then who am I and the other monks, supposed to ritualistically kill with seven daggers, where were cast from the iron of the nails in Jesus's Cross?
